We produce unique, handmade items both for custom one of a kind pieces and larger quantity orders. We have optimized our production operations to ensure competitive prices that is sure to satisfy, with only requiring 40% down payment as a form of deposit to begin production.

CONSULTING WITH CLIENTS

Clients can choose designs of various furniture from our extensive catalog and through custom design by simply providing a reference picture or sketch. We can then provide a price estimate depending on raw materials, various costs and production duration to complete the designs.

QUOTATION & PROPOSAL

Once every aspect is approved, we require 40% deposit of the overall invoice. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is at 5 pcs/item for existing design or 10 pcs/item for custom design. The balance 60% to be paid when the goods have been completely manufactured, and to be combined with the shipping cost to your destination.

AGREEMENT & PRODUCTION

Production will begin after we receive the initial 40% deposit. The work time is adjusted to the design and complexity of the product that client inquire and what as agreed upon during consultation. We normally require +/- 60 days for production depending on client requirements. We will periodically update you on the production progress with pictures and videos.

FINISHING & DELIVERY

The final invoice will be sent once the production is complete and upon balanced payment, client will receive all the necessary documents. Products will be packed in the most optimal way to ensure safety upon delivery. Clients can also request special packaging according to their specifications ( extra fees may apply ).
